Drip Sink

DripSink1.gif (2315 bytes)

The Drip Sink bolts to the guide pole flange and helps control the mess that occurs when floats are pulled, gauging takes place, and samples are taken. If you use a float which is retrieved by hand, the Drip Sink is especially useful for controlling the mess. Close the lid, and it becomes a hatch cover.

The Vapor Check or Tall Float systems can be attached and, when the float-canister is swiveled out of the way to permit gauging or sampling, the arc of the swivel keeps the float over the sink to contain drips. Product residue drips back into the sink and down the guide pole. The open Drip Sink lid can help protect the operator from the wind.

Approximate Dimensions: sink portion 28" x 16" and slopes from 5" deep on the left to 6" deep at the middle and on to the right. The center of the main hole is 8" in from the front and 8" in from the right side. The lid has a 1" lip (turned down when shut) and overall is approximately 29" x 17". The material is mainly aluminum with stainless steel latches, bolts, nuts, etc.
